Recent changes in the law impose a duty on employers to educate and inform their employees about what is proper conduct in the workplace. Training Programs


Sexual Harassment:

This seminar focuses on discrimination and harassment based upon sex. Included are discussions on what is inapppropriate conduct, what may constitute a hostile work environment, and how to respond to complaints.

General Harassment and Discrimination:

This training provides an overview of many different types of wrongful conduct in the work environment, including different treatment based upon sex, race, national origin, and disability.

Investigations:

This specialized training is for selected individuals who may be responsible for performing a preliminary investigation into complaints about wrongful conduct in the workplace.

Disability:

This training presents information on the employer's treatment of disabled individuals in the workplace. Included are discussions on reasonable accommodations for disabled employees.
