Our founding attorney, Beth Bertelson, has significant experience (over 35 years) – and accolades – working as an employment law litigator. In addition to serving our clients, she has also served on the Executive Board for the Minnesota chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. She has been a board member for several nonprofit organizations. Beth also mediates employment disputes, moderates panel discussions and has lectured on various employment law topics. Beth was recently named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Minnesota.
Attorney Andrea Ostapowich works alongside Ms. Bertelson serving our clients. Andrea has over 17 years of experience as an employment law attorney. She served on the board for the Minnesota chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). She currently writes a quarterly column on unemployment law updates for the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In addition to helping clients with their employment law disputes, Andrea also can assist individuals with issues involving unemployment compensation benefits.
